Giancarlo Esposito to Guest on Community

As the entire civilized world waits with baited breath to hear the fate of NBC’s much-beloved and poorly-rated meta-sitcom (so many hyphens!), a small but happy bit of news from Greendale: Giancarlo Esposito, best known for his recent explosively awesome role as chicken magnate and drug kingpin Gus Fring on AMC’s Breaking Bad. Apparently Esposito’s episode is filming this week. That’s good! Still no official return date for Community, though. That’s bad.

If you want to see Esposito manage to be badass despite his character being a poorly-written mirror, you could watch Once Upon a Time. I wouldn’t recommend it, though. [Spoiler Alert] They still don’t know they’re fairy tale characters. Or maybe they do. I honestly stopped watching a while ago.
