Produced by French filmmaker Luc Besson, the plot for Lockout seems like Escape from New York… IN SPACE! and stars Guy Pearce as, according to IMDB, no character name. The international trailer features shmancy subtitles and an interrogation scene with Guy Pearce and Peter Stromare’s characters. Why Stromare didn’t bring along Flea from the Red Hot Chili Peppers and a trained ferret is beyond me; they get results!

Here’s the official synopsis:

A man wrongly convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage against the U.S. is offered his freedom if he can rescue the president’s daughter from an outer space prison taken over by violent inmates.
