First Photo Of Catwoman From The Dark Knight Rises! (Updated)

Here is the first photo of Anne Hathaway as Catwoman from The Dark Knight Rises!  Her look is very modern and is a good fit for the Nolan-verse. The costume seems to point towards her comic origin of the character being a cat burglar.  Since she’s riding the Bat-Pod and her headgear seems very Batman-esque in this early released photo it’s possible they have teamed up in some capacity, or at the least she is utilizing Wayne Tech.  According to a scoop passed to Batman-News.com we still might very well see her in a cowl at some point in the film. More photos after the jump!

It seems the Bat-pod photo was strategically released today as The Dark Knight Rises is filming scenes in Pittsburgh that feature Catwoman’s stunt double. It’s very smart of Warner Brothers to “control the leak” and get the most they can out of the costume reveals. With nearly a year to go until it’s release all of the main players in the film seem to have been revealed. The final film in Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises, will hit theaters on July, 20th 2012 and features Christian Bale as Batman, Tom Hardy as Bane, Gary Oldman as Commissioner Gordon, and the lovely Anne Hathaway as Catwoman.
